Custom Solution for Content Management and Automation:

Situation:
The Wealth and Investment Group of a Major Bank needed a site for Bank’s financial advisors and online banking site for the Bank’s valued clients. The Institution was adding thousands of customers every year, putting stress on its existing systems capacity. Various documents in the group (like purchase agreements, leases, loan agreements and many other recognizable documents) are produced in large numbers. The bank wanted a solution that could scale with the bank's growth.

Solution:
The group migrated its applications to Microsoft Windows Server System including the BizTalk Server and SharePoint Portal Server. The business people were able to access the documents through a web page that enabled them to create portfolios by answering a series of business questions. An electronic portfolio was generated in seconds from those answers, and the document itself electronically delivered into the company’s document repository.

Result:
The Company was able to develop this solution with Microsoft technologies in half the time also reducing the cost of execution by 40%. The transaction speeds were enormously increased with the new application.
